Brandon A. Booth & Project Praise
BIO
You’re not going to always find music with rich vocal-cluster harmonies, and sounds that take you back several decades, while simultaneously delivering Christian messages of inspiration, hope, and salvation. But when you do, you can be sure that it’s Brandon A. Booth & Project Praise. The award-winning Brandon A. Booth & Project Praise is not just a concert group; they’re an interactive musical experience. They are on an assignment to save the lost and encourage the saved, all while dancing, singing, and acting.
Founded in February 2007, Brandon A. Booth & Project Praise have been invited from their imaginary town of P-Tropolis to share their sound with eager listeners near and far.
In the Summer of 2012, Project Praise realized their first project, “Jesus, You Are My Hero!” The album introduced favorites, such as “ Run The Race”, “Jesus, You Are My Hero!”, and “Worthy To Be Praised”. This album earned them several nominations for numerous awards. Honors include being a DMV Christian Music Awards nominee and winner, The Deidre “DeeDee” Showell Awards nominee, and a 6-time Rhythm of Gospel Awards nominee, where they were honored to win in two categories: Best Performance by Holy Hip-Hop/Urban Artist, and Urban Contemporary/R&P CD of the Year. Currently, Brandon A. Booth & Project Praise are putting the finishing touches on their new album, “Jesus Paid It All”, and they have already released a Single and Music Video from this album in honor or World AIDS Day, entitled “Never Too Much Love.”
The record is spinning. If you listen, you’re hearing the sounds of Brandon A. Booth & Project Praise!
